WHO I CAN HELP

For teams I still work to improve each individuals confidence as well as the overall team moral.

We can work together to devise a plan for your team to improve their strength, stamina, flexibility and teach them correct recovery methods. (e.g GAA teams, Basketball teams etc)

I also work with Irish Dancers to improve their strength and stamina, while ensuring a great focus on flexibility.
