Have a nosey & get to know me!

I’m a certified Strength & Flexibility Specialist who spends week-ends working out with friends, exploring new parts of the world, or you may even find me bopping away at a festival or two with my family and friends.

With over 7 years experience in the fitness industry, including travelling the world working with the best calisthenics coaches and Crossfit coaches out there, I have found my passion. It is working with clients in the sporting industry to help build their strength and flexibility in order for them to achieve their sports-related goals. 

After putting in 10 years graft into the world of I.T, I decided in 2016 to take a risk, change my career and follow my passion which led me to become a certified Personal Trainer. 

My love for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle was created during my youth. I found the most joy when taking part in all things physically active, from Irish dancing to Gaelic football. I even had a phase of practising basketball out the back of my house, and even 100m sprints in the local park. Throughout my 10 years in I.T, it was going to the gym or getting out for a run that I found the most rewarding. 

Since then I have worked with a diverse group of clients with completely different fitness levels and ages which range from just 7 years old to 76. My work is without a doubt both exciting and invigorating as I get to work with each client’s unique personality and fitness goals.

My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve a healthier, more active lifestyle in a fun and exciting way. I always strive to help them understand what tools they can use in order to achieve their goals for an upcoming Feis, any sports-related competition or to help build muscle and flexibility. 

It’s important to me that my clients trust me to go above and beyond to ensure they are on a safe, realistic track to become the best that they can be. To do this I motivate each client in every session through my own enthusiasm, passion and work ethic.

Through our commitment to integrated training, including a focus on flexibility within strength and stamina coaching, we aim to nurture the mind and body connection, instilling lifelong habits for physical well-being and a sense of pride within every individual we work with.
