Yes, you will both receive a class link. So still get to train together even if you are not in the same building.
We can do a PT with absolutely no equipment. I will work with what you have available.

Absolutely, I tailor my flexibility exercises and routines to suit your capabilities and we slowly progress from there to get you super flexy 😉
Yes, along with the appropriate physio exercises I can tailor flexibility sessions that incorporate physio strength exercises to help you overcome a recurring injury.
I work with kids from 7 and above. I request parents be present during their PTs, either in the gym or if online in the room or next room over. Any strength work will be without equipment or with bands at the most, and as they get older and stronger we can look to adding some resistance with small weights and get them confident with using gym equipment and using it correctly with proper form.
