Get Strong, Confident, and Energized this summer!


Our Teen Fitness Summer Classes are designed for ages 12+ and all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to training or ready to level up, join us every Tuesday and Friday from 11am–12pm for fun, energizing workouts in a supportive environment.


Classes run in two blocks:
Block 1: June 3rd–20th | Block 2: July 1st–18th
Learn proper technique, build strength, boost your mindset—and make new friends while staying active!

💪 Build Strength & Confidence
Learn how to train with dumbbells, wall balls, and more—boosting both your body and mindset.

📚 Master Proper Technique
We’ll teach you the right way to move to avoid injuries and build a solid foundation for the future.

Join a group of like-minded teens. Make new friends, cheer each other on, and grow stronger together.

Teens aged 12 and up, of all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to training or looking to level up, this class meets you where you are.

semi- Private fitness classes

Join my weekly fitness class designed for beginners, where you’ll build strength and have fun exploring all things fitness! In a small/ semi-private group of 4, learn how to safely and effectively use dumbbells, wall balls, and a variety of equipment. I’ll guide you through easy-to-follow moves, helping you gain strength, confidence, and progress in a supportive, friendly environment with a fantastic group!

WEDNESDAYS 6:30-7:30PM – CROSSFIT CROÍ BLYRY ESTATE

This is a small group class, max 4 people.

pre-teen fitness

STRENGTH AND STRETCH SUMMER CLASSES. (10-14  Year Olds)

For 1 hour every Wednesday of July, I will host a Pre-Teen Strength and Stretch Class.

Here they will learn how to build healthy muscles through unique Strength and Stretch exercises. Including the introduction on how to use Dumbbells correctly and safely while having fun. Within these classes time will be dedicated to helping your pre-teen learn how to put a workout together for themselves before entering a gym, so they feel confident in what they are doing. And not to forget, how to stretch for recovery and their general mobility & posture.

A 1 hour class every Wednesday for 5 weeks.

Spot prizes throughout the 5 weeks for those who can answer my little questions to encourage learning and for fun 😉

Beginner Flexibility class

Enroll in a flexibility class to gain comprehensive health benefits. Active stretches in each session enhance blood flow and energize the body, while passive stretches promote relaxation and aid in the realignment of muscles and joints, reducing the risk of injury and improving mobility. These classes not only boost physical health by increasing joint range of motion and decreasing muscle tension but also contribute to mental clarity and stress reduction.
